I suppose most things in life don’t go according to plan and scheduling location portraits in September certainly fell under this heading! Camryn and her mom, Dawn, went with the flow and were very flexible in terms of weather.
We ended up playing chicken with the rain one Saturday in September. I stalked the local news’ radar, attempting to get an idea of if/when there would be a pocket between showers for us to photograph in.
As with Keaton’s session, I’m so glad we just went for it! It rained heavily for the first 20 minutes or so, but then the rain stopped and the sun even started to come out!
